Coffee Beans

These are at the very heart of a great coffee but it is the type of bean and how they are grown and roasted that helps determine the taste of the finished product. Caber mainly uses varying proportion blends of Arabica and Robusta beans; noted for their depths of richness, roasted to medium or dark in order to coax an array of flavours from the bean and heighten specific ones. Our Ethyco Fairtrade Espresso is an extremely popular dark roast with a bittersweet chocolate flavour whereas the Fairtrade Rainforest Espresso with its distinct nuttiness is favoured by those with a more subtle palate.

Our long established own label roasts, sourced ethically and accredited under the Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance schemes offer the drinker a slow roasted, naturally flavoursome and aromatic cup whereas, if you want to set yourself apart from the crowd and make your coffee a talking point, our single-origin espresso coffees are unique to us.
