Coffee: Classic "80-20" Blend - 80% Arabica & 20% Robusta

Roast: Dark Roast. Roasted on a traditional Probat drum roaster.

Blend Notes: ourced from a selection of small-holder co-operatives from Latin America and East Africa and all of the coffee is Fairtrade certified (guaranteeing a fair price to the farmer and Fairtrade premium for re-investment). Each of the coffees is selected for its ethical credentials but also for the character each coffee brings to the blend.

Tasting Notes: Our Premium Fairtrade Espresso is a classic Italian style espresso coffee, delivering a delicious creamy espresso but also punchy and smooth in milk based drinks. The coffee is slow roasted to  develop the aroma and natural sweetness and there’s a distinctive dark chocolate, nutty flavour to this coffee. Great for use in both traditional and automatic bean to cup machines.

Coffee: Decaffeinated

Roast: Medium to Dark Roast. Roasted on a traditional Probat drum roaster.

Blend Notes: Carefully and gently decaffeinated prior to roasting, this is a Fairtrade certified decaf from small-holder producers (guarantees a fair price to the farmer and Fairtrade premium for re-investment).

Tasting Notes: Our Decaffeinated Fairtrade Espresso is virtually caffeine free yet still has a great coffee taste. Sweet and slightly milder in flavour, it’s roasted to bring out the best characteristic and deliver a rounded espresso coffee and milk chocolaty lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites.

Coffee: 90% Arabica & 10% Robusta

Blend Notes: Fairtrade (guarantees a fair price to the farmer and Fairtrade premium for re-investment) and Rainforest Alliance-certified, this coffee is sourced from the finest small-holder co-operatives in Latin America and East Africa. Each producer is committed to a sustainable, environmentally friendly approach (including shade grown coffee, protection of water resources, natural habitats, wildlife corridors and, where possible, providing housing and sanitation to farm employees.)

Tasting Notes: The beans are slow roasted for aroma and flavour, allowing the character of each of the coffees to shine thorough. Primarily Arabica with just a touch of Robusta, this is a complex aromatic and rounded espresso coffee blend, with a balanced nuttiness, sweetness and brightness. The coffee comes to life even more in milk for cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites. Great for use in both traditional and automatic bean to cup machines.
