The New Year gives us the opportunity to improve what we're doing and how we're doing it or, where necessary, wipe the slate clean and start all over again!
So, what better time of year to look at training, servicing, innovative products and even new coffee equipment to help continually improve your hot beverage service? January is traditionally a fairly quiet time of year for the catering industry and we're here to help make sure that our customers are ready for business picking up again!
Our engineers already have a number of routine service calls booked-in to refresh some of the equipment that we have supplied. If you think your machine could benefit from a low-cost service to keep it in tip-top condition let us know. Engineers can be on-site from as little as £50+vat and, for example, a front-end service on a 2-group espresso machine generally uses less than £20 of parts! We can even provide tips on keeping your machine in sparkling condition and adjust your grinder for the optimum espresso while we're on-site! Ask nicely and we'll even show you a few barista tricks, too!
This time of year even provides opportunities for your own staff to make sure they clean some of the things that are sometimes overlooked during busy service! Want some chemicals and tips on getting the urns of your bulk brewer to sparkle? No problem! How about a new set of cleaning brushes for your bean to cup machine? They're in stock! Have you cleaned the group handles of your espresso machine? We've got baskets in stock if they need changed!
And what about training? Getting the most from your espresso machine is key to customer satisfaction. You can arrange a training session with one of our Barista trainers who can help improve your consistency and drink quality. We still provide a full range of Barista tools (milk jugs, coffee tampers, tamp mats, tamp stands, thermometers, shot glasses and much, much more) to compliment your training. January may also be a perfect time to arrange the PSSR inspections on your pressure vessels (espresso machines, some bean to cups, steam units etc.). Again, our engineers can support your insurance inspectors and we carry parts to cover every eventuality!
