Coffee: 20% Arabica, 80% Robusta

Roast: Medium to Light Roast. Roasted on a traditional Probat drum roaster.

Blend Notes: One of our most historic blends, we grab a big handful of strong, punchy Robusta coffee and sweeten it up a touch with some Brazil Arabica.

Tasting Notes: Lighter roasted, this is a nonetheless a filter coffee with bags of flavour and a satisfying coffee hit! Aromatic, nutty in flavour and rounded. Works really well with milk and particularly suited to pour and serve filter machines.
