At Caber Coffee, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our customers. We emply our own in-house team of engineers (including a constantly manned support desk and out-of-hours support engineer) and our product customers benefit from the lowest-cost engineering call-outs possible to the equipment that we support in-house.
Our engineers are fully barista trained and full of coffee passion! Trained at the factories that manufacture our range of machines you can be sure that our specialist service is the most knowledgable and experienced on your coffee machine! Our professional team of engineers carry a van-stock of common parts and service components to ensure a first-time fix wherever possible.
We also have a specially built workshop designed as a coffee machine A&E for the more serious cases. Each of the service bays is kitted out with everything a machine would require to ensure that your fully repaired machine is delivered back to you in the best possible condition.
At every service visit we can pass on recommendations as to how to extract the very best performance from your machine and flavour from your coffee, after all, the whole Caber team are passionate about their beans AND machines!
