Servicing

Upon installation, all our machines are given a thorough once over and left safe and fully functional. We will show you how to carry out your routine coffee machine cleaning and maintenance.

Each machine comes with a standard warranty and the option of a 3 year parts and labour warranty upgrade.

Caber only use our own team of in-house engineers or reputable, manufacturer trained local engineers to service and repair our coffee machines and to give you the quickest response time and value for money. We work in partnership with our manufacturers and equipment importers to train our own service engineers both in the UK and at the factories. By operating in this way we guarantee the fastest response times, unbeatable first-time-fix and exceptional product knowledge. 

Customers who source equipment from Caber Coffee benefit from industry leading response times, fix rates and the passion and professionalisim of our engineering team. Our vans are stocked with common parts and we also operate a support desk manned by the engineering co-ordinator and out-of-hours on-call engineer for your peace of mind.
